Since ue_01 can be up for multiple days (or even weeks) at a time, the *date* needs to be included in this log, like this:

HANDLING DOC NO. - USM01.000051870 2009-01-22 11:40:01
HANDLING DOC NO. - USM01.000051870 2009-01-22 11:40:32
