Description:
Can aleph_shutdown and aleph_startup be included in the job_list -- or can they be done only via crontab?

Resolution:
The aleph_shutdown and aleph_startup can't be executed from the job_list because aleph_shutdown shuts down the job_daemon -- and the job_daemon is what activates the entries from the job_list. These must be executed via crontab.
