Inconsistencies in files supplied by Upgrade Express vs a-tree files/upgrade doc

Description:
1. We see differences between some of the files added to the u-tree during the upgrade process and the version of the file supplied in the a-tree.

Should we overwrite the u tree file with a tree file? Or use the file supplied by the Upgrade Express process:

bor-include-3
bor-include-4
ill-alternate-unit-h

2. The documentation lists booking-page-item-info-2 as a new file. We cannot locate this file in either the u tree or the a tree. Can you supply a copy of this file?

3. The documentation states that new-ill-req-conf-tail is in the new file list (p53), but also mentioned as a modified file (p.58). Should we use the file as supplied by the upgrade kit? Or follow the modification instructions?

4. The documentation includes new-ill-request-confirm & new-ill-request-confirm-tail in both in the deleted file list (p52) and modified file list(p.53-54). Which instructions should be followed?

Here are the answers of what was done:

Question:

Should we overwrite the u tree file with a tree file? Or use the file supplied by the upgrade express process:

Answer:
The a-tree version of the file is definitive. You should use that.

Dev Action item:
This was a ‘bug’ in the program – it was fixed.

Question:
The documentation lists booking-page-item-info-2 as a new file. We cannot locate this file in either the u tree or the a tree. Can you supply a copy of this file?

Answer:
There is no booking-page-item-info-2 in the v19 www_f_eng and there is no reference to it in the www_f programs. Only booking-page-item-info.

Question:

Answer:
new-ill-req-conf-tail exists in v18, so it is not new in v19. Follow the modification instructions.

Correction from development:
This is not correct the file is new and the upgrade supplies the updated version. (The file was created in rep_ver 13002 therefore it is referred as new) - The documentation was corrected accordingly.

new-ill-request-confirm and new-ill-request-confirm-tail do not exist in v19. Follow the deleted instructions.
