    Description:
We are loading ADM data to a new XXX50 library. What ADM indexing procedures need to be run after the data is loaded?

    Resolution:
After the load, the correct actions are to run:

[1] General > manage-111 (Build Word Indexes for a Record) Required for keyword searching of Vendor data (Z70 and Z72), Patron Data (Z303 and Z304), and Budget data (Z76).

The keywords are generated from the following fields for each record:

    Vendor:
    Z70-VENDOR-NAME
    Z70-VENDOR-CONTACT
    Z70-COUNTRY
    Z70-MATERIAL-TYPE
    Z70-ADDITIONAL-VENDOR-CODE
    Z72-VENDOR-ADDRESS

    Patron:
    Z303-NAME
    Z303-PROXY-ID
    Z303-PRIMARY-ID
    Z304-ADDRESS
    Z304-ZIP
    Z304-EMAIL-ADDRESS

    Budget:
    Z76-EXTERNAL-BUDGET
    Z76-CURRENCY
    Z76-NAME
    Z76-DEPARTMENT

[2] Manage Database Tables > manage-64 (Create Filing Keys for Names) Required for Patron browse (Z353 index) and Vendor Name browse (Z70).

[3] Patron Records > cir-25 (Build Patron Indexes) Required for Patron browse list (Z353 index)

The Z353 index is used by the system to display the Patron browse list and contains data from the Z303 and Z308 tables.
