    Description:
A quick question about best practices for service pack installation/implementation.

We recently installed SP 20.1.1 (2417), but were holding off on full post-install implementation. However, we're now interested in fixing bugs addressed by rep chnages in v.20.1 - SP 2 (2539).

Our question is, is there any reason not to install SP2 before completing implementation steps in SP1, then selectively implement on an as needed basis across both Service Packs?

    Resolution:
You may install the 2nd SP before completing impementation of the first. Just be sure to address changes and implementation notes associated with both of the back-to-back SP's you're installing.
