manage-62 hangs when no input file is specified

Description:

When manage-62 (p_manage_62) is run with no input file, it hangs (gives no indication of processing any records).

Analysis:

A DISPLAY added to the b_manage_62 program showed that it was repeatedly trying process a bad item key:  00/006309600001.   (The "/" is illegal.)

Resolution:  Deleting this bad item record let the program proceed successfully.

  Note:  If large numbers of items are being read/changed (such as when no input file is being used),  making the change via SQL will usually be faster.
