Description:
The call number for this item was changed from BK4 B BERNAL COPY to BK 42 B BERNAL COPY. It is updated in all of the fields except for the top pane display in the Course Reserves GUI Client. How do we get these changes to be reflected in the top pane ?

The z30_call_no has BK 42 B BERNAL COPY.

Resolution:
As described in KB 16384-16882, the author, title, and call number in this top panel come from the abc30 z13.

util f/4 shows this:

02 z13_rec_key \

...
02 z13_call_no ..........BK 4 B BERNAL COPY

The z13 is created by p_manage_07 and updated by ue_01. It seems that ue_01 has not been running in abc30. It should be.

I suggest that you:

1. run p_manage_07 for abc30 (-- which should take only a few minutes --). The z13 for 000026574 should then have call no BK 42 B BERNAL COPY. And then

2. start ue_01. (I see that ABC30 *is* in the "setenv WORD_STARTUP_LIBS" in aleph_start.private, so nothing needs to be done in that regard.)
