Why are item records that were added in Cataloging module not displayed in Acquisitions?

Answer    
Item records that were cataloged in Cataloging module are only displayed when there is an order attached to the record in Acquisitions module. As long as there is no order attached, only the BIB information in the upper pane is displayed.
