    Item/patron checkout problem

    Description:
    A specific item cannot be checked out to a specific patron. I tested the item against my barcode and there was no problem. The item has been checked out in the production server, but it is not checked out on the test server. It produces the same problem.

    Resolution:
    An error message appears when you try to check this book out to this patron: "The same copy of this item cannot be reloaned to the same patron during a specified period."

    The circulation checks in your system prevent Regular Loan items (item status 01) from being reloaned to the same person for at least 96 hours after being returned.
