Description:
I started setting up tab11_word in the holdings ABC60.
Our main goal was to get access to the various notes we have in the holdings records for the 852, 856, 866, 952, and 590.
I have a single keyword index for words in notes I have called HWRD.
I updated pc_tab-sear.eng so I could do the search. I am getting zero hits.

I did util/f/1/28 in the ABC60 for holdings record.
The keyword indexing seems to be there.
What's missing from how we have set this up?

The problem had to do with the setup of tab00.eng.
You must have a WRD W-001 index in tab00.eng:

H WRD W-001 00 01 Words
