    Description:
When tab100 : LATE-RET-FINE-WHEN-LOST=Y and an item is declared lost, the overdue fine or overdue recall fine is correctly calculated but is not available to be shown on the lost material bill or lost material bill summary.

Actual Results: When LATE-RET-FINE-WHEN-LOST=Y and an item is declared lost only the item processing fee and item replacement charge are available in the raw XML, the overdue fine or overdue recall fine are not available. Although the patron is correctly charged these fines, they are unaware that they exist.

    Resolution:
Expected Results: When LATE-RET-FINE-WHEN-LOST=Y and an item is declared lost the item processing fee, item replacement charge and overdue fine or overdue recall fine are available in the raw XML so the patron is aware of all charges associated with the item declared lost.
