Library is not of type BIB" message creating HOL record

When I try to create a HOL record, I get the message 'Library is not of type BIB'.
Resolution:
The BIB relation for this HOL library was missing in $alephe_tab/library_relation:
BIB ABC60 ABC01
Adding this line and restarting the pc_server corrected the problem.
