    Description:
When connecting with the pc client, the system keeps telling us that our license limit is exceeded even when nobody is signed in.

We have tried closing the program and reopening it, but that doesn't help.

    Resolution:
These "License limit exceeded" messages in the GUI are occurring because, though the institutions in the consortium each have their own u-tree with their own $alephe_tab/license file, they share the a-tree -- including the vir01 Z65 pc session table.

Thus, all the pc sessions from all of the libraries are in the same session table.

In this case, the MAX GUI USERS in each of the license files needs to be the number of simultaneous GUI users for the whole consortium.
