Do I have to apply the new license before the v20 upgrade -- or after?

Resolution:
Aleph v20 will be installed on the new server with the AIK (Aleph Installation Kit). At that point a u-tree $alephe_tab will be created. In AIK step 5.3 it asks you to apply the new license file.

{Upgrade Express copies $alephe_tab files from v18, but the install_utree has this: "Note that license files, apache dir etc. will be copied from alephe.orig." This means that it saves the v20 $alephe_tab in ./alephe.orig/tab, and, after it loading the v18 $alephe_tab, it copies the new ./alephe.orig/tab/license back to ./alephe/tab/license.}
