    Description:
We see load errors for utf files in the www_server log. For example:

    Error: Load: /exlibris/ill/utf_files/exlibris/ill/u16_1/alephe/www_x_eng/check-staff.tag

    Should these be of concern?

    Resolution:
The utf_files are temporary files. Utilities such as util x/7 may be run to clean them out. When the www_server finds that a particular file does not have a utf_files version, it will, after issuing the load error message, proceed to create one from the source table -- in this case, from ./alephe/www_x_eng/check-staff.tag.

utf_files load error messages should be of concern only if they occur repeatedly for *exactly the same file*. (As described in Knowledge Base record 5121, this can indicate that the system may not be finding the utf_files directory or may not have write-permission.)
