    Question

Is there a possibility to display the loan history only when the patron has given consent to display the loan history?
The Swedish law requires this functionality.

    Answer

No, there is no possibility to suppress the loan history depending on patron configuration.

    Additional Information

The history can only be switched of altogether.

    Several options
1 - switch off the creation of z36h (loan history) in ./xxx50/tab/tab100
    CREATE-Z36H=N

    2 - set variable www_z36h_max_record_limit to 0
    $alephe_root/www_server.conf
    setenv www_z36h_max_record_limit 0

2 - run service 'Remove Patron ID (cir-32)' for z36h on regular basis.
