    Problem:

The Acquisitions GUI client crashes when trying to display Encumbrances for an Order record. This is done by clicking the [E] Encumbrance link on tab 1 of the Order List display.

    Cause:

The Order has more Encumbrance (z601) records than the Acquisitions client can handle. A buffer overflow problem causes the Acquisitions client to close. The client can only manage approximately 306 Encumbrance records. This order has 336. A similar problem may occur with Invoice (z601) records.

    Resolution:

The problem has been resolved by limiting the number of Encumbrance records being sent to the Acquisitions client:

    v22. fr #532

    v23. fr #218
