Description

After running Upgrade Express, we see the price in US dollars and the same amount as the "Local
price"; in v20, the local price was different -- it was in our local currency.   

Resolution

The $alephe_root/aleph_start had this:

        setenv local_currency           USD

Changing it to the local currency ("TTD")
        setenv local_currency           TTD

and restarting the pc_server corrected the problem.
