Description:
We have two users at the same institution (but different work areas) since yesterday morning who are having problems with their cataloging client creating the NEWXXX.MRC file. No other staff however have reported the problem. The symptoms of the problem is that no new NEWXXX.MRC files are being created and that periodically an error message comes up, even when they are not editing a record, that says something like cannot load NEWXXX.MRC file.

Resolution:
Site reported that problem was resolved by giving these two users Windows Administrator rights on their PCs.
