    Description:
In XXX50, a patron has 3 items on loan that were moved to Lost status by the batch job p_cir_51. The fines for these Lost items are listed on the Patron's Cash list. The Item records show them as loaned to the Patron. However, the Patron's CIRC Loan list does NOT show these items on loan even though the Z36 records still exist and have not been moved to history (Z36H).

    Resolution:
The problem is caused by the Proxy ID currently listed in the Patron's record.
The 3 Loans (declared Lost) which do not display do NOT have any Proxy listed in their Z36 record. Presumably the Proxy was added after these Loans.
This can be fixed either by
[1] returning the Lost Loans and then re-loaning them with the existing Proxy and resetting them to Lost (which will lose all original loan information); or
[2] updating via SQL the Z36 records and adding the Proxy information where it is missing.
