    Desired Outcome Goal:
How can the system be set up so that a record can not be saved if it is missing field 245 sub field a (or any field/sub field combination)?
Currently there is a green message "Tag "245" is missing a mandatory sub field "a"" and the records can be saved and overwritten.

    Procedure:
    1. All error message are in $aleph_root/error_lng/check_doc
Look up for the message number, e.g.:
    9007 L Tag "$1" is missing a mandatory sub field "$2".

    2. Put this message into ./xxx01/tab/check_doc_mandatory. Line needs to have "M" in column 3:
    CATALOG-INSERT 9007 M Tag "$1" is missing a mandatory sub field "$2".
