Maximum Fine with option D (include recall)

Question    
If in column 14 in tab16 we set the value D (include recall), does this mean that the value in column 23 (Maximum fine) will set max limit fine for both action, late return of the item and late recall return?

Answer    
If the fine method is "D" (include recall) and if the item is returned after the original due date and after the recall date, two fines are registered, one for late return and one for late recall return (or late rush recall return). In each, the maximum fine, defined in column 23 is taken into account (the maximum fine is not for both !).
