Description:
Message about files changed during the tar process ... is it a problem?

Resolution:
This message can occur when the tar includes log files. For instance, a tar of the u-tree will include the files in the $alephe_root/apache/logs directory.

There is in general no need to shutdown apache for backups. You can ignore the message or re-configure the backup not to tar the log files.
