    Messy Oracle table for MGU13

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 18.01

    Description:
    I was emptying out ABC13 in preparation for loading a new batch of authorites, and ran util a/17/11/1 (Space Utilization in ABC13 - All Oracle tables).

    First it says: make_library_file_list: env file_list_size does not exists. Using data_root/file_list as is

    But the tables list after that are quite different from the file list in ABC13.

    The test server seems okay.

    The prof library settings are the same:
    setenv active_library ABC13
    setenv library_type AUT
    setenv library_size DEMO

    As are the file lists.

    So production's ABC13 table set must have been created before the prof_library was adjusted?

    I know how to delete tables via SQL. Should I do that with all of these ABC13 tables using TS0 rather than our TSnD and TSnX spaces?

    Resolution:
    From Jerry:

    I don't think the Service Pack will make a difference.

    Please try deleting the tables with SQL before running the util:

    s+ abc13

    SQL-ABC13> delete table z00r;
    SQL-ABC13> delete table z0101;
    etc.

    (Make sure you are in abc13 when doing these things.)

    Then do util a/17/1 all.

    [From site:]
    I have removed the unwanted tables from ABC13 on production. Production and test are now in sync.
