Description

When moving a subscription from one title to another, the subscription cannot be moved when it has items which are linked to an order (which is the case for all items of the subscription if the subscription is linked to an order). An error message "Can't move item xyz - item is connected to an order" appears and the subscription cannot be moved.

How can this be solved?

Resolution

According to xxx01/tab/tab_move_record items can only be moved if they are NOT connected to a subscription and/or to an order.
