Our ncip_server_5992.log has the following error:

NCIP not defined as Y in license file
License Error, Exiting

Please advise what we need to do to have someone access our ncip.

Resolution:
This error message indicates that the license lacks the following line:

NCIP Y

Any license which is to be used for NCIP needs to have this line.
