    Question

When editing item record, the following message pops us: "New Item information is Part of a Requested Group." What does it mean?

    Answer

This message appears when there is a hold on the item, a like item, or the title. The message means that the item was not previously a part of the hold-group, and now after the change it becomes a part of the group. It also may be that the item was previously a part of the hold group, and after the change it still remains a part of the group - which is announced by the message.

    Additional Information

A Hold -group is defined by :

    z37_filter_sub_library,
    z37_filter_item_status,
    z37_filter_process_status,
    z37_filter_collection, or
    z37_filter_copy
