    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Problem Symptoms:
New SSL Certificates have been placed in the ./alephe/apache/SSLconf/conf, and ssl.conf file in ./alephe/apache/conf was updated. However, after restarting the apache server, the new certificates were not picked up.

    Cause:
Apache was not restarted properly. Full restart is needed (apachectl stop and apachectl_auto)

    Resolution:
Fully stop the apache server by "apachectl stop" and start by "apachectl start" or apachectl_auto.
