New sublibrary not appearing as Home library

Question
After adding a new sublibrary to $alephe_tab/tab_sub_library.lng the library is expected to be provided as home library for a patron but it is not. How can I add a new sub library as home library?
Answer
The library must be added to xxx50/tab/pc_tab_exp_field.eng under "HOME-LIB".
