Can someone let us know what tables needs to be modified to tell the system that items in the Reference Collection DO NOT circulate / can't be checked out?

Resolution:
tab15.eng, column 6, controls whether an item can circulate: "can be loaned Y/N".

If "Y" is specified, there needs to be an entry in tab16 for this item status (or item processing status) -- either explicitly or by the use of the "**" wildcard.
