    Question

    How is the new functionality supposed to work for being informed when changing to another order record and having an order already open?

    Answer

    The new functionality only works when another order is opened from the order list for the same BIB record.
    It is not working when opening another order from the index list.

    Additional Information

    Release Notes:
    Add new functionality that will prevent the user from losing his order changes.
    In a case where a user updates an order and moves to another order, a popup will appear and ask for confirmation.
    This new functionality is flag dependent (NotifyItemChanged in Alephcom.ini)
    Implementation Notes:
    In order to enable this functionality the flag in Alephcom.ini should be set to 'Y':
    [ItemList]
    NotifyItemChanged=Y

    If localization is required, add to Acq/Tab/lng/Message.dat:
    OrderChange ALEPH GUI YN 2 Q Order %s has been changed locally, but the changes have not been saved on the server. Continue anyway?
