Description:
The system doesn't display the full record. (The user gets a blank screen or a web timeout.) I see the following error in the www_server log:

Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/aleph/exe/check_sfx_service.gnt'
error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

It's possible that this was caused by my update of SFX yesterday. (The update to SFX finished about 2:00 PM and it was not long after that when I saw the problem with the OPAC.)

This also occurs when using a WWW-F Direct search from Primo via link.

Resolution:
Check your aleph_start. If you have either:
setenv sfx_openurl_1_0 Y <the version 18 form>
or:
setenv sfx_openurl_version ver-0.1 <an incorrect v20 form>

change it to the correct v20 form:
setenv sfx_openurl_version ver-1.0

and do aleph_shutdown/aleph_startup, and restart the www_server.

The following settings may also need to be updated from the Ex Libris defaults:
setenv sfx_base_url http://demo.exlibrisgroup.com:9003/demo
setenv sfx_admin_base_url http://demo.exlibrisgroup.com:9003/sfxadmin
setenv sfx_fetch_address ,Ip=$Z39_HOST,Port=$Z39_SERVER_PORT

This setting can also cause Primo interoperability problems. From the Primo Interoperability guide: "Primo uses the OpenURL (version 1.0) link syntax to resolve links for electronic resources from SFX, MetaLib, and Primo Central.”
