Another full display problem I've been puzzling over. MARC 260 sometimes displays on the full record, sometimes not. No identified pattern to when it does or doesn't.

edit_doc_999.eng has:
## 260## D LPublished Y E

How can we get 260 to consistently appear?

Resolution:
In edit_doc_999.eng, the line preceding the 260 tag does not have an "E" (end group) in col.12.

Therefore, if the Author is from field 100, like in yout first example, the 260 displays.
But if the Author is from field 700, as in the second example, then 260 does not display.

Please add "E" to the line 700 in ol.12 of edit_doc_999.eng.
