    Problem Symptoms:
    We just had a user try to place a request through WWW OPAC for an item that was Lost.

    After selecting the pickup location, he received an error message saying that error 1095 is missing from www_f_heading.

    I can't find that message number in any www_f_heading on our server. We do have a localized version in the u-tree.

    Can you please fill me in on some default error text?

    Cause:


    Resolution:
    This message is in ./error_lng/www_heading:

    1095 L Item cannot be requested (lost or claimed returned).

    If you get the message about it being missing even with it in the www_heading, then add it to the www_f_heading.
