    Question

When you make an item or title request in OPAC message “Item has been requested for pickup at $1” appears regardless if the request was successful (item/title is available) or it the request was only a “reservation” as the item/title is not available. Is it possible to create different messages for both cases?

    Answer

Unfortunately it’s not possible to create different messages for both cases. It’s only possible to change the message itself or to delete it by changing text “Item has been requested for pickup at $1” to blank in $aleph_root/error_eng/www-f-heading.
