You get this message in a server or job log:
ORA-01632: max # extents (505) reached in index xxxmm.Znnn_ID1
(where "xxxmm" is a library and Znnn is an ALEPH table).

For example:
ORA-01632: max # extents (505) reached in index XXX01.Z0101_ID1

Resolution:
You need to increase the allocation for the Znnn index (such as Znnn_ID1) in the ./xxxmm/file_list.
Then run UTIL-A-17-4 to drop the index followed by UTIL-A-17-2 to recreate it.
