    Description:
We have fix_doc_own_1 in tab_fix of FCL60, and it works for the other ADMs, but it's not working for HA.

    Resolution:
The cause is actually workflow. You only have fix_doc_own_1 defined in the HOL section of tab_fix. There are two ways to create the Holdings record in the Cataloging module. One way is to display the Bib, go to the HOL Records tab in the lower pane, and then click the Create button. I have found that when you do this, the HOL section of tab_fix does not get executed, and therefore the OWN code is not added.

The other way is to create an item first. Then display the item and click on the HOL Links in the lower pane. From there, you click on the Create New button. This method DOES cause the HOL section of tab_fix to be executed, and the OWN code is therefore created. The other libraries appear to be using this method.

I have now added the fix for adding the OWN code to the INS section of tab_fix, which will cause the OWN code to be created using either workflow.
