    Description:
Is the Oct 2009 Oracle Critical Patch Update available?

    Resolution:
We applied the Oracle 10 Critical Patch Update for October 2009 to our Aleph v18/v19 (Linux) server on Nov. 13. It has been running since that time without problem.

We are sending this message so that sites with the necessary expertise can feel free to apply the CPU to their Aleph server(s) on their own.

For other sites, we will, as usual, let you know once the CPU package is available on our ftp server.

    [Later. January, 2010:]

The following document is now available in each Cross-Product Information --> Oracle --> [Oracle version] directory:

October 2009 Oracle Critical Patch (CP) Update for Ex Libris Products Using 10.2.0.4
