    Description:
    The customer needs to change the password for crn. Three programs (ldap, Apache, and cognos) on the ARC server are run by crn. The customer is not sure if the password is also hidden in some files or not.

    Is it ok to change the password for crn?

    Resolution:
    It is fine to go ahead and change the password
