Is there (apart from SIP2) any other API in Aleph that can be used to pay fines from external systems?

Answer    
In Aleph 22.0 and lower, SIP2 is the only API supporting fine payment.
There are plans to include a new RESTFUL-API supporting online payment in Minor Release 22.1.
