Online recall in version 18

Description:
In version 18 we are supposed to be able to do "dynamic recall".
[rep_ver 11335:] "Enable an online recall that will be based on a request, both the request and the recall will be done in a single step by using the hold request page. The loan's date will be immediately changed and the item will be identified as held for a specific patron when it is returned."

But we don't see any Recall button in version 18.
