    Question
The customer intends to install the Oracle DB themselves.
Where can the scripts be found for creating the roles, users, permissions

    Answer
Scripts necessary for users/roles creation could be found on our FTP server ftp.exlibrisgroup.com in directory scripts
    cre_role_admin.tar.gz

    user: ver21
    password: M0zart21

Scripts should be activated from user 'oracle' environment; be sure the ORACLE_SID is set correctly:

    csh –f create_role_profile
    csh –f create_admin_user

Note: those scripts create administrative roles and users only, not all DB users/schemas.
The scripts can also be used for Aleph 20 and 21 DB.
