    Description:
    You get errors like this:
      Oracle error: fetch znn
      ORA-01007: variable not in select list

    Resolution:

    Check the lines preceding the error in the log to see what library the program is looking for the (znn) table in.  Then do SQL "select count(*) from znn". If there are no records in the table, then do util a/17/1 to drop/recreate it. (Even if the table were one which *did* have useful data, the solution, in an upgrade situation, would probably be to do util a/17/1 and then reload the data from the sequential file.)

    But if the table is one which has a lot of data, then
    1. if the problem is occurring immediately following upgrade to a new Aleph version, the error indicates that Upgrade Express step #3 was not run to convert the table to the new version, or it failed; rerun the upgrade;
    2. if the table has been usable in this version previously, but is not now: do *not* do the util a/17/1 -- contact Ex Libris Support instead. (It's possible that there has been an incorrect change to the script which is used in doing the fetch.)

    Also, look for the specific "fetch znn" error in Salesforce Articles. There are a number of entries specific to particular tables.
