    Description:
    When we try to create the Oracle indexes for a certain table (such as Z00R), nothing happens.
    (There is no error; the screen shows only:

    ABC60 index z00r
    l_op == index
    Enter to continue )

    The ./abc50/scratch/create_ora_tables also has no error, but it also has no "create_index" lines -- which it should.

    Resolution:
    This can happen when the file list has no "IND" lines for the table. In this case the ./abc60 file_list had this:

    TAB z00r_id 20M 1M TS_CFU_MEDIUMX
    TAB z00r_id1 20M 1M TS_CFU_MEDIUMX

    when it should have had:

    IND z00r_id 20M 1M TS_CFU_MEDIUMX
    IND z00r_id1 20M 1M TS_CFU_MEDIUMX
