    Order logging not working

    We have not been seeing acquisitions activity logging consistently since Friday 3/21/08 in PROD. We do find logging working in TEST.

    Orders entered on 3/24/08 and 3/25/08 have gone in, but the order log itself does not show transactions:

    Logging of subscription actions also seem inconsistent: invoice payment made 3/21/08 shows in log, but issue arrived that same day was not logged, and this record won't accept any notes today (3/25/08)

    The pc_server log has many occurrences of this error for z71 -- and other Oracle indexes:

    Oracle error: io_z71_write
    ORA-01654: unable to extend index ABC50.Z71_ID by 512 in tablespace TS

    The z71 order log resides in the TS2D tablespace (and its Oracle index is in the TS2X tablespace).

    I see the following (in util o/14/1):


    This should be addressed addressed immediately -- by adding files to this tablespace.

    After doing this, you should rebuild the z71 Oracle index and other affected Oracle indexes, using util a/17/3.
