Problem Symptoms:
Checking the Z35 records some of them are without corresponding Z30

Cause:
The item was moved between the ADM using the Overview Tree in the Cataloging module

Resolution:
It is how Aleph works; it depends from the move_z30_to_adm routine that is defined in the tab_move_record table in BIB libraries.
