Problem Symptoms:
* Overdue and Lost Billing Summary Letter (cir-51) emailed in the body of the email to patrons isn't properly formatted.

Cause:
* in the $alephe_tab/tab100:
PLAIN-ONLY=Y
Y = Do not send an email attachment, no matter how the patron or vendor records are defined. Only plain text in the email body will be sent.
* because of the previous setting Aleph uses the ./xxx01/form_eng/plain-overdue-summary-n.xsl form

Resolution:
* edit $alephe_tab/tab100
* set the PLAIN-ONLY switch to N (default)
* restart PC Server
