    Description:
In version 18, PDS can work with tab100 USER-SHARING set to N (unlike in previous versions, when it could only work with this setting set to Y).

    Resolution:
Description: PDS - enhancement to the login process: ALEPH is now able to use PDS for non-shared institutions.
This feature is dependent to the institute code PDS is sending to ALEPH. In return, ALEPH reads the institute code and checks its tab100-user-sharing flag.
According to the tab100 value, ALEPH populates the z308-user-library to enable login to both non-shared and shared institutions.
