Problem Symptoms:
Even after activation of PDS (tab100: PDS-AWARE=Y) in Aleph OPAC PDS is not used when a patron tries to log in.

Cause:
Wrong HTML pages

Resolution:
Following change from "Upgrade Express 19.01 to 20.x User Guide" needs to be implemented in customers HTML pages:

Additions to PDS
Enables PDS to work with Aleph when PDS server does not respond
