Patron Loder (p-file-20): Error 0117 : Z305-PHOTO-CHARGE should be "C" or "F".

Problem Symptoms:
When using p_file_20 with a regular xml build according to "How to Use the Patron Loader Interface - PLIF (file-20) , 20.0 or later"
we receive the following error:
Error 0117 : Z305-PHOTO-CHARGE should be "C" or "F".
z305 photo charge is not mentioned in the above given documentation and therefore not part of the z305 node in our xml.
Is photo charge a mandatory xml element or do we have to adjust any tab file?

The /xxx50/tab/tab31 TAB31-PHOTO-CHARGE ("Photocopy charge", column 11) needs to be changed to be either "C" or "F"
